• Personal Identification: Name, phone number, email address, property preferences communicated via forms or chat interfaces.
• Property Listing Information: Property location, pricing, photographs, structural parameters provided by landlords and agents.
• Meta Platform Data: WhatsApp Phone Identification Numbers, Meta Scoped User IDs (PSID), message payload logs and interaction metadata when using Meta-powered communication channels.
• Conversational & Technical Data: Text or voice prompt transcripts submitted to our AI search engine, IP addresses, browser specifications and session analytics.

3. Meta API & WhatsApp Integration

In relation to Meta integrations:

• Data Usage: Data received via Meta services (such as phone numbers or WhatsApp messages) is strictly used to process property requests, verify user authenticity, send real estate matches and arrange viewings.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell, license or monetize your Meta user data or contact details to third-party ad networks.
• Message Storage: Message logs transmitted via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger are stored securely in our databases to maintain history for user service continuity.

4. Processing of AI Interactions

When interacting with Wanapekugara AI through text or speech inputs, prompts are processed to extract parameters such as location, budget and property type. Voice inputs processed via browser engines are converted to text strictly for matching execution.

5. Data Protection and Security

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access to client databases and Meta webhook feeds is strictly restricted to authorized operational staff.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests

Under applicable data privacy standards, you have rights regarding your personal information:

• Access the personal information held about you.
• Request corrections to inaccurate property or personal records.
• Request deletion of your profile, message history or WhatsApp subscriber metadata.

To request data deletion or account removal, submit your request to privacy@wanapekugara.com or contact our support lines. Upon verification, data associated with your phone number or Meta ID will be purged from our active operational systems within 30 days.
