By accessing or using Wanapekugara Zimbabwe platform, AI chat services or WhatsApp automated channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Platform Services & AI Assistant

Wanapekugara Zimbabwe provides a property discovery platform powered by conversational AI tools and human support personnel. While our AI engine strives for maximum accuracy in matching property inquiries, property availability, specifications, pricing and terms are subject to final confirmation with property owners or managing agents.

3. Property Listings & Landlord Obligations

Landlords or agents submitting properties to Wanapekugara must ensure that:

• All provided details, images and rental conditions are true, accurate and legal.
• They hold legal rights or proper authorization to advertise the specified real estate.
• Listings are promptly updated when properties are let, sold or withdrawn.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to utilize our platform, AI chat interface or messaging channels to:

• Submit misleading, fraudulent or illegal inquiries.
• Attempt unauthorized access to backend systems or database endpoints.
• Transmit malicious code, spam or abusive content to support channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wanapekugara Zimbabwe serves as a bridge between real estate seekers, landlords and property agents. We are not liable for direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from rental agreements, third-party negotiations or lease disputes entered into between contracting parties.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from the platform services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zimbabwean court system.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
